Shipping Policy

Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Once shipped it takes app. 2-10 business days to deliver. Most customers receive their order within a week. 

Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking.

If you have any questions or concerns about shipping please feel free to contact us at sales@nolieskidztique.com. All products purchased from the site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Nolie's Kidztique. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS.

Return & Exchange Policy

  •  Contact sales@nolieskidztique.com to request an exchange

  • An item is only eligible for an exchange within 5 calendar days of purchase.

  • In original condition

  • Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.

  • If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or Nolie's Kidztique, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.

  • Customers must take care of all shipping and process fees.

  • Please note that the exchange process must be completed within 5 days after approval or the exchange will no longer be valid.

  • WE DON'T DO RETURNS!
